I had a giant dead oak tree in my back yard that was a huge safety concern. Keith was extremely responsive, kind, and courteous. His crew was spectacular & highly skilled. Their cleanup was excellent, not even a leaf was left on my manicured lawn. I highly recommend McDonald Tree Service.

Keith and his crew removed a dead tree that was threatening to fall onto my home. They were fast, professional, and made it easy for my spouse to sleep easy.
If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible service. Brought my concerns to the owner, Keith, and asked him to please come see the damage to our lawn and he never came. My complaints are: broke a window (I didn't notice this til months later as it was in the garage), broke our outdoor post light. The workers pulled it out of the ground and crimped the wiring when they put it back in (per the electrician who repaired it). Don't believe everything you hear. Got a bad rec from a neighbor, my parents were bamboozled and our woods were ruined. They talked through it all with Carlos, walked around the whole property. He was nice, they said he understood what they wanted and it all seemed good to go. Then on the day of the job, Carlos had a meeting, left his crew to do the work, and when he came back and the work was done our woods had been mutilated.
