If l could give a lower rating, l would. I reserved a Land Cruiser a month ahead of time with Stephanie. She told me that she would be there on rental day. When l arrived to rent the car, there was no Stephanie, and no car. I was given a number of excuses by various people, but what l really wanted was some integrity, and a car. I didn't stay around to count the number of phones and computers in that establishment, but l am guessing there are quite a few.
