I have called this place twice, two days in a row, Febr 6 and Febr 7 , 2023, I left messages, yet nobody ever contacted me! When I was able to speak with a person who answered the phone, she was evasive, vague, when asked if they are still in business! I was simply trying to make up an appt. to go and look at their kitchen faucets. Today, when I called again, she put me through the same person's voice mail to leave a message. Great customer experience and knowledgeable staff...
Just walked in and didn't need an appointment. Jackie was awesome. Tons of good ideas and very helpful. Definitely my new go to place. Prices very near what the big box stores have, and the staff actually knows what they are doing unlike the big box stores.
