Very efficient regarding the small medical matter i needed dealt with.
I did a annual checkup last month and no staff to telling me my results had arrived and I have to see my GP for some reasons. After a week a SMS was sent to me to check the results with my GP. My wife did a CT scan and after two weeks still nobody tells her the results was returned. Last time I saw my GP and paid by debit card and the girl in the front desk didn't do the refund from Medicare system and I have to do it by myself.....the young staff seem don't want to do the job properly ?
Thanks to the staff at Mc Donald Street Medical Centre .Dr Chan was so gentle and caring would highly recommend. He really listens and is genuine
