First time visiting the clinic with My LO and I was very happy with the beautiful ladies at reception :) Very kind and friendly :) We saw Dr Chan, and I cannot believe how attentive, compassionate and very thorough. He even played some wiggles on his screen for her to look at while he examined her which was a magical touch! He really went out of his way to make my little 2 year old feel comfortable, which he succeeded! Thank you and I am so glad I feel happy to have found a decent doctor 🙏
Received my second Pfizer vaccine here today and the team were so friendly and welcoming from reception to the wonderful doctor and nurse. I’m frightened of needles but was reassured and told to think about my footy team 😂, honestly didn’t feel a thing and didn’t have the anxiety afterwards that I normally feel.. will definitely return and recommend. Thanks team! *edited to add* my appointment was or 4:40 and I walked out the door by 4:55, so efficient!!
