Ordered over $27 dollars worth of food. Large McRib Combo, Plain Fish sandwich, 20 nuggets, 2 Sundays. Handed a Medium fry and a plain cheese burger at the window. Employee refused to listen that it was the wrong order. Had to yell to get them to give us the Fish and McRib, still did not get the sundays. Never eat her.
They cannot get a order right. Ordered a triple cheese burger and got 1.5 Pattie on the bun, my boyfriend ordered a mcdouble with cheese and ketchup only and had no cheese... I had to go through the drive thru 4 times in one day a couple of weeks ago just to get a correct drink... Pitiful!!

Very unprofessional. I ordered a sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened. My bf went in and it took them at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge him 15 min later he comes back i try the tea, STILL unsweetened. He goes back again after another 15 min another unsweetened 🙄 our food is cold by then and he's highly upset so he demands a refund. Employees ask if he wants sugar packets to add to the tea, no. The girl was on the phone ... very rude no sauce for my 20 nuggets but was asked what kind of sauce tea taste like there’s no sugar in it ... I’m pissed I paid 30.03 for dog food .. so we couldn’t eat it .. wow how can u do people like this during a pandemic wow I will NEVER GO TO MCDONALDS AGAIN
Food was what I expected, but sweet tea tastes like a blend of mold and dirt. Please install an inline water filter for the ice machine and brewing machine and change the filters regularly.
They never get orders right. Didn't include the asked for apple slices in a happy meal. Last time they forgot a second order of fries and didnt give any napkins. First time they forgot the sauces. I know the employees don't care about their jobs or have any reason to double check an order but it sure would be nice to get the right order sometime. I'll drive the extra mile or two to visit a different mcdonalds in the future. 3 strikes and ya out!
