The manager Judy Garcia needs to be fired. She double charges you for stuff, maybe she pockets the money and when you ask the staff about the double charge she lets you waste 20 min of your time just to tell you she needs a paper copy of your bank statement as your my actual bank charge history doesn’t count for her. She got to her shift 20 min late so I also had to wait for her to come in. Please check your order once you receive it, I ordered a big Mac meal and got extra small fries instead of medium fries. Other people complaining here too about their order. What happened to McDonald's excellent customer service?
