Disappointed with this location. Unprofessional employees and to make it worse some do not speak English at all, making resolving small issues very frustrating. Most recently, simply trying to pick up an app order at the counter turned into trying to convince the employee that I didn't need to place an order, I just needed to pick one up. Showing the app and receipt did not help. No English.
The manager Judy Garcia needs to be fired. She double charges you for stuff, maybe she pockets the money and when you ask the staff about the double charge she lets you waste 20 min of your time just to tell you she needs a paper copy of your bank statement as your my actual bank charge history doesn’t count for her. She got to her shift 20 min late so I also had to wait for her to come in.
