They refused to take my order, they wanted me to use the kiosk. I asked to just place my order with them and they told me No, I had to use the kiosk. I left. Since when did they not allow you to place an order. So frustrated. No customer service at all! We will never do back there again.
Incompetent staff
I eat here a few times a month. Today the burger I got was as dry as cardboard. It looked like it was a day old, or been on the stove too long. Most of the time its not like this. Not happy with my lunch today.
Another McDonald's down the way screwed up my coffee. I stopped in to see if they would be able to fix it. They basically told me it was not their problem. And that was coming from the general manager. Don't eat here, apparently they don't understand what customer service is
Looks good great service parking always clean and inside always clean turn the ac up tho
