Love that this place has never given us old stale nuggets, they’re always fresh…
Stopped by to get my girls some happy meals at their drive thru and I decided to add one item at the window. My husband was driving so he did all the ordering. The girl that took our payment was so sweet he asked her for the item and she said hold on let me ask my manager. Seemed odd to need a manager to take an order. They refused to take my order, they wanted me to use the kiosk. I asked to just place my order with them and they told me No, I had to use the kiosk. I left. Since when did they not allow you to place an order. So frustrated. No customer service at all! We will never do back there again.
Incompetent staff
I eat here a few times a month. Today the burger I got was as dry as cardboard. It looked like it was a day old, or been on the stove too long. Most of the time its not like this. Not happy with my lunch today.
