Took 30 mins for three drinks didn’t apologize for the wait heard them in the back ask why I hadn’t gotten my drinks all because one was made wrong and nobody bothered to fix it just let it sit there
Dinning room is always closed before 11. Why put on your hours that the dinning room is closed at 11 when it’s not? First time this happened, they said they were low on staff. I get that. But apparently it’s happening a lot. I get it if work can get stressful but now you’re making it harder for customers to even get their food. Took over 30 min to get food made from time ordered at kiosk, then this evening 3 cars in line st drive thru and they want me to wait 10 min just for me to order... definitely having issues with both staff and functionality. Will not be back
Manager Makayla, helped out a lot when my order was missing completely. my dasher dashed with my order and didnt drop it off at my place. would order again when shes on the clock
My only concern is online orders pickup. The app offers you four ways to pick up your food if you can only go to the drive-thru please note that, don't even give other options. This makes a difference as in which location you choose to go to. Versus going to pick up, thinking you're going to run in the lobby and be gone instead you have to send in a 20-minute line because the lobby is locked closed.
