I have been to this location many times. We live close by and its the most convenient location to us. But I will now be driving further away to avoid this place. Tonight I had to walk inside (after going through the drive through) to get my food. I waited in my car at the third wi dow for over 20 mins. I know we shouldn't expect a high quality experience from McDonald's, but accurate orders and decent customer service is a baseline expectation. This location misses the mark. Went through the drive thru on Sunday 2/15/26 at 11:45am. We ordered five meals with only a couple variations. The young lady at the window took the order correctly and accurately.
