Really bad service! Waiting more than 30 minutes on curbside and I never got my food! I went inside to get my refund! Never again to this mcds!
This McDonald's just doesn't care. You ask for extra onions, they put less than if you had said nothing. They don't include your sauces either. I have asked for extra onions in a double cheeseburger, the receipt says it, the sticker says it, and they've never put any extra. My kid's regular cheeseburger ends up with more onions. Oquin has really let their standards drop to rock bottom.
Staff was not helpful one person apologized and she was not the manager entire order was wrong and manager was not helpful to fix it or compensate for the mistakes we waited 20 minutes for an order that was incorrect. Highly recommend skipping this place and going down the road to another McDonald's.
