I am a regular at this McDonalds. On numerous trips here I have gotten burned fries, waited 15 or more minutes for my food, or my food was made incorrectly. If you come in the afternoon, be prepared to wait 20 or more minutes for your order. I waited 30 minutes today. They do not staff this place correctly. The area manager needs to re-evaluate this store and get people in here that know what they are doing. Their employees are not friendly in the afternoon either. I dont know whats going on here.
Here’s a more natural version that keeps your original tone: McDonald’s was very clean. This was one of the cleanest McDonald’s restrooms I’ve ever been to, and the dining area was also very clean. Replaced a lovely local Chinese spot that may have been hit and miss, but it was a whole lot better than this piece of crap fast food chain that is literally 8 miles down the freeway in cottage Grove. We don’t need more fast food, we need more local business owners that actually care about what they’re feeding people.
This McDonald's in Creswell is more expensive than in Eugene or Cottage Grove. They won't hire enough people to take orders at a cash register like a regular fast food restaurant! They expect everyone to use technology that we may NOT want to use. I don't apps to buy my food. I am not going to do that I don't believe in it. Your employees are rude! You literally can't even place an order with a human anymore, only at the kiosk computers. Screw that
