It's McDonald's so you already know what time it is
Horrible service here time after time. Unfortunately, it’s convenient, so I’ve gone here about a few times, which this past visit was my last. The employees are rude. The ones at the window have no customer service skills. They’re very sarcastic and stuck up. I asked for a basket of fries with no salt so they can be fresh. They still gave me old fries and then put sauce packets ALL OVER my fries, which I thought was VERY UNSANITARY & RUDE. They should put sauce on the bottom of the bag or at least not covering all of the foo... read more
Placed an order and wanted bacon for my Big Breakfast Plate, well got Sausage, called the McDonald's and Manager Daysi wanted me to come back for my bacon even tho I was passing by and was on my break. And I was already 20min out. Horrible Customer Service.
Please do a better job at verifying the items in the orders, you guys keep giving wrong items at this location. There’s no option to get a refund on online orders either
