I went through the drive thru at the Woodland Hills location on July 8th around 4:15 PM and had a pretty odd experience. The young lady at the second window handed me my food without saying a word. She stayed in a full conversation with her coworker the entire time and just shut the window right after. I’m not expecting over-the-top service, but a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have been nice, especially considering the area. Terrible at night!! I paid for a kids meal and they threw chicken nuggets in a bag and that’s it. No toy, no drink, and no fries. I PAID FOR THAT. They also sent me to the second window so I could not complain. Terrible terrible
Did the curbside service once I got home half the food was missing
The young lady Brenna was super nice and she has good customer service I appreciate her very much and thanks to everyone here they are all very nice
