I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the repeated issues I’ve experienced with this McDonald’s location. At this point, I have completely lost trust in the reliability, quality control, and customer care from this restaurant. I frequently order breakfast from this location through Uber Eats because it is the closest McDonald’s to me, and I rely on the convenience due to time constraints in the mornings. I’m not sure what has happened. I’m not expecting much it’s fast food. But it’s sad to have to pass up the one in your own neighborhood for another location. From the breakfast down everything is soggy, or undercooked. Very nasty now.

I’m giving an extra star only for the people at the windows, they were sweet. But my quarter pounder wasn’t nearly cooked all the way. How could you send out a basically raw quarter pounder? It looked like it was put down for 15 seconds max. I used to work at a McDonald’s, and someone didn’t care enough to cook my qpc all the way through. Disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it.
