Was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes for my food. Got to the second window for my drink, and they had me pull forward to the third for my food. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before someone came out to see me. When I finally got me my food, they told me that the employee never said to pull up to the next window, that I misheard. Before this, I had visited the week before and was given the wrong order. This is a modern McDonald’s. By that I mean you’ll get the same food-like substances they’ve served for the last few decades. Unfortunately, it’s the modern layout designed for drive thru and get out food orders. There are very few seats and no place for the kids to play. You are immediately confronted by self checkout kiosks, the cash versions of which are covered in signs stating they’re broken.
