When it comes to the food, it's just typical McDonald's. The real issue is that this location follows the new "standard" where you're expected to order from a digital kiosk. Unfortunately, the experience falls short: the tables are usually dirty, there are no napkins or soda refills, and there's rarely anyone available to help if something goes wrong. I've been to other McDonald's locations with this new setup, and it can work well when properly managed. But this one is clearly understaffed.
