It's cheap
Dining room not open at all walked up doors locked employees hiding in back playing peekaboo clowns work here 6:15 am Saturday morning there supposed to have it open
AGAIN, a missing item but don't realize it until we get home. Paid $9.99 for a Big Mac meal and find no BIG MAC. I filled out the survey on the receipt and all I got was a big fat sorry.
This used to be my favorite McDonalds….. but how has the ordering system been down on numerous occasions? They usually have a comment regarding “not accepting cash payments”…. But this time, they “can’t process mobile order but if you want to pay again you can order here”. There’s a 5-10 day refund period. Wasted time, gas, and energy. Serious thumbs down to management. Clearly your staff doesn’t care enough to do their entire job or the owners don’t care enough to ensure they store in prepared to properly do their jobs.
