Long wait ,Bad service
The day shift staff is amazing, if you go in during breakfast, or eary afternoon. Evening and late evening staff, it's hit or miss whether you can get in or not. Drive thru is a nightmare, often saying they have only fried food. (excuse me, I thought hamburgers were fried??) The final straw occurred the last weekend in May when I went in and couldn't get any carbonated drinks. That was Saturday, and the following Friday, it was still that way.
