Designed for failure. Truck or trailer too big to go through the drive through? We usually just park and go in but here there is almost no parking. Nobody at the counter? Forced to use the kiosk, which would be fine if it worked. No way to add Mac sauce either. Takes your payment and then doesn’t print receipt. The food is neither fast nor fresh. Waited so long for a couple of cheeseburgers and fries.
We pulled up with 1 CAR 1 and ordered only a happy meal for my kid. pulled up to the window and was pointed to the drive thru waiting area and then 4 orders had been handed out while we were waiting I went in and asked about my order and the manager had no clue what I was talking about and had no urgency to get the order this McDonald’s is horrible with very bad customer service and care.
