I had several bad experiences with this store but August 28th 2025 was the highlight. After 30 minutes waiting in drive through left with no food after Manager was called to handle. My last time visiting this store the quality of the food never improved so as service.
Went through drive-through about 5:30 PM ask for a daily double with no tomato. The lady and drive-through told me that that only comes in a meal I said no it doesn’t. She continue to argue with me so I basically drove out of the drive-through and went to go to something else for an hour Came back and asked for the same thing again she told me again the same thing so I walked inside and ordered it on the kiosk. As a delivery driver i HATE having to pickup/represent my customer at this "Costa(?)" Family restaurant. Nobody ever monitoring the front, never greeted. I have experienced before after waiting awhile they not even knowing they had an online order. The one 4 miles to the west across from Walmart is just as bad owned by same group. I make the extra drive west toward Destin where customer service is 10x better. This family's 2 franchises 4 miles apart in SRB have ratings of 1.9 and 2.3....seems the problem starts at ownership.... read more
