I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a very simple order: two burgers with ketchup only. Despite this, I was sent through three drive-thru windows and then asked to pull into a curbside parking spot — something that happens almost every time I visit this location, regardless of how simple the order is.
