This Mcdonalds has the freshest food out of all the locations in the area. Not sure why this location has such low reviews!
It seems they’ve made some changes to the staff, and the difference is noticeable! I was served on Friday at 10:51 by a young woman who handed me my order. She was very friendly and kind, and the service was incredibly quick. Great experience!
I went inside to order and eat my meal and every single table was dirty with leftover food and the table numbers from previous guests still on the table. What bothers me is that there was one table of 6 employees that looked to be managers all sitting down on their phones, meanwhile i grabed some paper towels and cleaned off a table myself. They never even noticed. Oh well. Ill just stick to the drive through.
If I could give this review zero stars I would. Sonyalee the manager very unprofessional and rude. My order took 30+ minutes after mobile ordering and they refused to cancel and refund after falsely claiming it was ready and making us wait another 5 minutes for them to scurry around to actually make it. After receiving the order they still got an item wrong, which happens to us almost every time we order. Definitely don’t recommend.
