I can't remember the last time I've eaten McDonald's, or even stepped foot into one, but still I'm giving this place 5 solid stars. Good job Mickey D.
They either turn off mobile ordering due to persistent staffing constraints or the app just plain doesn't work. The app doesn't work more often than it does. I've submitted orders and had them cancelled before I get there. Luckily, it worked today so I placed my order through the app. 20 minutes for two McDoubles is insanity. Crew was polite but I suspect manpower is kept too low. We don't go to McDonald's for the quality food or the atmosphere, we go because it's fast.
