I did a mobile order and purchased several ice cream items. When I went to pick up I noticed there was no shakes or ice cream in the order. And they just said the machine was broken so I would get the extra charge back. I never got the charge back. Don't buy any shakes or mcflurry here. And definitely if you're at the window and they tell you "you'll get the money back" definitely argue it at the door because you will not get it back otherwise.
This has to be the worst McDonald's ever 9 out of 10 they get your order wrong it's so frustrating I've told managers & still the same thing , recommend you check ✔️ your order before you leave the drive through , am I the only one please let me know, thanks
