Wrong with these fast food places McDonald’s they speak too fast. They don’t listen you’re trying to tell me or they don’t listen and then they mess up the order. They need to listen and slow down. These employees are under trained. Incompetent need to be retrained.
Crew working tonight is terrible. Placed my order at the drive-thru and asked multiple times if they had an item on my order because I didn’t see it on the screen, and they confirmed it was. Drove up to the windows, paid and realized they didn’t include x items in my order as I drove away. Decided to park and go inside to ask for my missing item and waited at the front register.
