Do I know this place? Considering we used to have McDonald's Fridays when I was in school...I would have to say I know it well...so well I watched an American tradition turn into a corporate greed machine....turning a craving into only another line item on their quarterly earnings statements at the expense of quality...trading dedicated consumers for profit...creating gimmick after gimmick attempting to best bring back loyal customers.....$1 value menu tripled no more soda refills reducing the quality of their food....not to... read more
Luz at McDonald's provided outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers really stood out and made my experience much better. Employees like Luz are the reason people come back. No one around. Only in the back. Very long wait just to get someone’s attention. I’m an uber driver and this held me up. I missed two other orders. Cost me $20 in lost wages
