I visited the drive-thru on 03/21/26 around 1:18 AM and had an outstanding experience. The male employee who assisted us was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. It’s rare to receive such high-quality service, especially late at night, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Wouldn't visit again. Waited a very long time for a mobile order, over 20 mins. Meanwhile at least 20 others came and went through the drive thru. My order wasn't anything large or complicated. Was also not given a straw with my drink and missing sauce for my nuggets.
