The service here is absolutely terrible. The McDonald’s employees completely ignore customers — you can stand right in front of them and they still won’t even look at you. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It feels like you’re invisible. Everyone is busy doing anything except their actual job. You come in to get food and leave feeling like you wasted your time and they did you a favor by even taking your order. The slowest staff ever, and they'll always act like you're a ghost and can't be seen. I don't recommend coming here, especially ordering online. Terrible service.

I visited this McDonald’s on Nov 5, 2025 around 3:00 PM with my 6-year-old twin daughters. The restroom was locked, and customers needed an employee to open it. I asked multiple staff members for help, including the manager on duty, but everyone ignored us. My daughter has a lifelong medical condition that makes it difficult to control her bowel movements.
