DAN DOES NOT RETURN DEPOSITS TO ANYONE!!
Awful. Dan the landlord won’t refund your deposit. Charges a fee for not paying on time but then won’t give you your deposit back PER THE CONTRACT. See you in court, Dan.
I thought this apartment was nice and I could live here. However, because my service animal when I get out or something wrong with me I get a complaint. One complaint and they won't renew my lease. So now I'm going to be another statistic. I shall be a disabled veteran homeless with a service dog. Probably find me under the 9th Street bridge.
Building was nice, front office is outstanding 5 Star
