It's taken a long time to feel calm enough to write this. I moved out last summer/early fall after about four years of living here. The first couple years were alright besides the place being filthy when we moved in, as documented on our move in sheet. The carpets were turning my feet black when I walked on them. I moved in at the start of summer and I can say with confidence I made the right choice. I've never lived in a place with this level of communication. The fact that the online portal lets you submit a maintenance request and they respond right away, coordinate times, text back is honestly incredible. I work from home, so to be able to schedule a time that works in the only 30 minute break I get is incredible. Yes. This place is quiet and well maintained. But it comes with the cost of the tenants sanity. Extremely strict on their rules. If you have a crying child after 10pm, you will be in violation. Kids are not allowed to play indoors if they live upstairs. Kids are not allowed to play in the grassy area, except the one back basketball area. You are not allowed to have friends or family be in the unit if you are not there in the unit as well.
