The neighborhood is well maintained overall; however, management seems inconsistent in enforcement. I’ve received multiple notices regarding minimal dirt on my home, while other properties have noticeable dirt, debris, and excess items in their yards without issue.
Beautiful place and the guy who we talked to was super nice. Definitely hope to buy a mobile home here one day.
All was good? But they didn't put salt on my fries, I'd like salt on my fries next time.
My elderly mother-in-law lived here for 5.5 years and it was a wonderful neighborhood. The management really cares about the community and the people in it. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet, safe, affordable home.
