I think that Chesapeake are liers and Robbers! From the start this was not professionally handled we had pamphlets placed in our mailboxes stating when and where the meeting explaining the phamplet would be held. In the meantime they moved dump trucks, trash and noise quickly moved into our neighborhood and totally disrupted our lives. I agree with Bob Walker statement. all the small checks were inconsistant, I think we only received 2-3 checks last year. This has been a long fight trying to figure out what to do with this situation. I hope that all those who feel the way we do get what belongss to them with compensation.
I am half owner of the joeguswa pad.They have drilled &capped our well last year.I have no idea when they are going to release the gas,so we can receive our ROYALITES.Will we get any compensation for the time it just sits there?Augustus Wadsworth
