Where to start... On a road trip to Traverse City, my Kia Rio caught on fire due to a clogged catalytic converter causing the exhaust to get so hot it started melting the drive axle boot which slung grease all over the undercarriage which then caught on fire on the hot exhaust. No independent mechanics would deal with engine fires so I had no choice but to bring it to this dealership. Mind you I live in Brighton so this is way out of my way.
