It was easy to schedule an appointment with the service department. They were very helpful and professional.
My service advisor, Dominic, pushed to sell me a number of services that he claimed were overdue, but after reviewing my Hyundai book, I saw that they were not due. I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid that JUST hit the 30k mark. My car is still under warranty, but honestly, I hate bringing my car to the McDonald Hyundai dealership because I always feel pressured to pay for service that I don’t necessarily need. I bought my car at the Ralph Schomp dealership in Aurora and I don’t ever feel that way.
Dominic was very helpful! I never had any bad experience at this dealership.
Always a great experience with this folks. Very professional team. They do an excellent job to communicate in a timely manner and keep me updated with the progress of my repair.
