I needed batteries for my hearing aids. I wasn't even a client and they gave me a months supply for free. Excellent customer service and support.
If you have a hearing problem think twice before going to McDonald Hearing Aid Center, I paid $5000.00 for the latest in hearing aids in 8/2015, bought the warranty, followed the process to keep warranty in good standings. Then just as my warranty is ending, ($500.00 extra for warranty) I was contacted by McDonald's Hearing Center letting me know that my hearing aids were outdated, Really in less than 5 years.
