Sad experience. I am a McDonald's Garden Center Member and I could not get the staff to acknowledge me. I kept saying, "Excuse me, excuse me, can I get some information on this sedum?"" The young tall gentleman turned around visibly irritated and said,"Yes, cannnn I helpppp you, " in a snarky way. I was slightly humiliated to be treated this way in East Beach. There's literally a sign that says 4-inch herbs 30% off, and I picked an herb specifically from that stand. But the receipt showed no discount. This is so frustrating. Either honor your sale or don't put the sign out! Now I can see why this place has an average 2.5 stars!
