No me gusto que tuve que esperar por ellos , si tu cita es las a las 8 AM ,no vallas antes de tiempo , yo estube 10 minutos antes y me antendieron 10 minutos después. No tuvieron la cortesia de lavar un carro nuevo que les compre a su grupo. tintaron los vidrios y le pusieron el mask con mi carro sucio y me lo entregaron sucio. I had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s Collision regarding my in-laws' vehicle. The car was in their shop for over four months for repairs, and throughout that time, management continually misled us. Every week, we were told that the car would be fixed, only to learn about more delays and excuses. The lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating.
