I was recommended this shop because they were the only ones around that were certified to deal with my polestar. They chose to charge more than other shops and the insurance company wouldn't pay the extra charges and markup so I was left to pay the difference. Even worse no one along the way said "hey we need to do something extra to your car here is how much it would cost" they just did it and charged afterwards. I was an accident that was not my fault. The dealership recommended me to this collision shop, but they tried to rip off the insurance company, and I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket. Horrible experience.
For a premium car approved body shop, I would have never expected such a horrible experience. Looks like they gave a 5 year old a paint brush to fix paint chipped scratches on my brand new car, had a different 5 year old go over it so excess paint drips and dries, and left +10 bubbles in the paint for a paint job that was needed due to a reckless incident made by the Audi Denver dealership. I’d rather have my car back with the initial scratches and chips, stay away!
