I have to be honest, I will never return to McDonald Collision after what I experienced during my last visit. While I appreciate how Breana tried to help she simply could not make up for the lack of follow up during the almost TWO MONTH repair. I had to make all of the phone calls to check status only to speak to Alex who could not have cared less if I ever got my car back. I bought a car online that arrived at my home with rear bumper and undercarriage damage. I called McDonald Collision and they were able to fit me in that very day (on a Friday) for an estimate! The written estimate plus photos was delivered to me the following Tuesday morning! They were also able to fit me in again the very next day (on Wednesday) to inspect the car further.
