Very sweet and very helpful people in this restaurant
Abby is the kindest most helpful person! She went above and beyond and worked so hard to get my car fixed. She did everything she could to make sure I had a great experience, she always kept me updated. 10/10 recommend Korf in fort Morgan. I will take all of my vehicles here!
Be aware!!! Terrible customer service, literally a joke they are still open. I don't recommend buying a car from here or servicing your vehicle here. They Didn't fix my jeep and the struts they did replace for some reason, they weren't installed correctly. So I had to take to another shop to fix correctly. What a waste of money, robbing me blind and time spent waiting for appointments and waiting for service at this dealership. I won't delete this review, dont call me and ask again.
If anyone is in the market to buy a car DO NOT go to Korf CDJR Fort Morgan in Fort Morgan Colorado!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford F-150 in May. Started blowing a little bit of white smoke out of exhaust last week. Immediately stopped driving the vehicle, towed it to Korf where we bought an extended Warrenty and they are refusing to pay any of the almost $9K cost to fix it claiming we were driving it negligent which caused the damage.
