Great experience, Steve took great care of me and fixed any concerns that I had. Great job.
They were informative, and professional. I did not appreciate a 3 percent service charge to use a credit card for my $2300 service bill. That's an extra $70 that the customer should not have to pay on top of their bill. This is not a mom and pop operation. They can afford it easier than their customers.
