I went to McDonald GMC Cadillac on October 11th 2025 to look used truck. I drove the truck it was nice but needed a rear camera and the plastic on the rear bumper, no big deal if they fix it. We then proceeded to see what they would give me for my trade in which is a 2013 Cadillac ATS premium that just rolled 100,000 miles. It’s not perfect but it’s a nice car. Never again.... They were rude, and no one in the used care department including the manager had a clue about the paperwork.
