Joe Rau was very transparent & helping in every way possible! Joe actually truly cares about his customers, treats them like family!
Professional and fast! Great facility and waiting room/cafe. Had my battery changed in a 1/2 hour.
I had my 2002 deville towed in after it overheated and lost all its coolant. They were going to charge me $8000 to rebuild the engine. I had my local mechanic look at it. All it happened to be was a $15 dollar resevoir cap.
I give five stars to the service department. Steve was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our experience a better one. Thank you for being a decent human being.
