Rich and Tom were terrific. I have been in many dealerships in my life but never in one that treated you like family. I was overwhelmed by how through they were in every aspect of the delivery of our new GMC Yukon. Rich even took us on a tour of the Service Department and Cafe. Impressive is all I can say.
