Braydon Kinney best new car guy around. I shopped 4 Cadillac dealerships and was very surprised how unprofessional everyone was except for Braydon. He was exceptional and knowledgeable. New car manager Joe and Finance Manager Brandon were also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Was going to get another Navigator but very happy with my new Escalade! Will for sure be back here for future vehicles.
The service department team worked together to ensure that my suv diagnosis was completed in a timely manner and made it easy for me to drop my vehicle off and that I had transportation to pick my vehicle up!
I dropped my car off because it was misfiring. 2 hours after I dropped it off, my service agent Kelly called me and told me I needed to approve a $900 teardown. I approved it and I did not hear from her again for 9 days. I had to call to get a follow-up, at which point she told me she was in touch with the warranty company and would let me know.
