2 hrs and 36 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no communication during the visit as to why it was taking so long and no apology for the wait. Scheduled the visit during a 1 hr lunch time and was way late getting back to work.
Marteen Luna was great. Answered all my questions and handled paperwork extremely well and efficiantly,,
I went in for an oil change and Dan Pierce did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
