Terry had a wonderful visit today, help with his hearing aid charger! Problem solved with smiles
Had to call tech support and wait for 45 minutes on hold to get blue tooth turned back on. My time is valuable to after paying $65 to have them serviced I should be reimbursed for my time also!!
Repaired my hearing aid in a timely manner and then went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.
The staff were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.
