Everyone at McDonald Hearing was helpful and professional. I went in for a hearing test and was happy to find I didn't need hearing aids yet, but after working with the staff I would feel confident to trust them with my hearing health.
I love working with this Group. Always friendly and knowledgeable, whether on the phones or when you stop by for an appointment. I am a Senior so I require a lot of help with all this NEW stuff and so I am doubly grateful for their help.
I always feel like I'm receiving the best care here. Friendly, professional staff who are kind, very supportive, and often go out of their way to help. Kelly is who I go to for my audiology needs. She knows what's she's doing and is always very welcoming, helpful and fun to talk to.
