Came in for first time hearing aids. Doctor did not seem to be attentive, very short appt. When aids were picked up, very short with instructions. Was told everything was self explanatory & automatic. It was not! Returned aids & cancelled follow up.
We met with Cindy to have my hearing aids cleaned. She spent a good amount of time with me and my husband. She was able to upgrade the software, change the filter (and show me how to do it myself), and added some extra choices on my app that I didn't have before. This was done with great people skills. She didn't rush through anything, answered all my questions and has a great sense of humor. Both my husband and I enjoyed the appointment, and I'm hearing much better.
Great service from wonderful staff.
Dr. Pam is extremely knowledgeable and the service was exceptional!
