A couple months ago I saw Dr. James Tonogai at Dr.McDermott & Associates. I can honestly say, he was not very professional. He asked me a lot of irrelevant questions and charged me a ridiculous amount for the consult. He didn't even have all my medical information/results of CT scan and he started saying the chances of him being able to do a successful crown for me were very slim.
