I like the place overall. I recently bought a used 1500 Silverado with about 14k miles. I think the transmission might be slipping in and out of first but I’m not to concerned as it’s warranted. Will call shop tomorrow to have it looked at but overall again it was a good experience and this transmission doesn’t scare me to much cause I’m sure it will be corrected if need be. The buying experience was amazing! However they lost a key fab and the windshield was cracked It was Memorial Day weekend. We are still waiting for the key fab and windshield and brakes looked at. Many calls. Even a trip down there. Still waiting
I bought a Lexus RX350 from this dealership on July 7 ,2023. As of today, October 13 I am still waiting for delivery of my second fob. Really, disappointed . Update 1/27/2024: My second fob finally came in. I raised the rating. Communication could have been better. Brought my car in for service 6/14/2024. Excellent customer service from Tanya P and Ryan. Ryan fixed the Google Map navigation voice I struggled with for months. Really impressed and appreciated. Raised rating.
