I was passing through the state on a trip back from Florida to head home to Toronto and my transmission and oil pan blew out on the interstate I had my car towed here, but I was not able to complete the repairs as the parts and nature of repairs was going to take to long being away from home. First time owning a VW and the Service Team was spectacular. Don’t feel as if they were trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. Excellent attitudes and definitely a business I would recommend to others. Ms. Boney and Greg were super professional and answered every question I had concerning my service. I strongly recommend that they be promoted to a higher position within the VW company.
