Horrible service experience with unhelpful staff and management. My son was traveling out of town to visit his sister and had his VW go into limp mode having serious issues. Arrived at 4:30 and nobody would see/help him because of their policy/rule that it was too close to closing time. He asked a mechanic, the service lady and they practically kicked him out refusing service. I called and talked to them begging for them to at least run the code reader or offer some type of assistance so he wasn’t stranded hours away from ho... read more
