Always the friendliest people who just want to be helpful. Not pushy. Love this “home town” place. I go here first before the big box stores. Oh, and they have real live cashiers, not machines.
I had some questions about compost starter and the gentleman in the gardening department was soooo helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking time to assist me!

VERY GOOD Customer Service! The staff here are very helpful and they serve us with a smile( its a big deal in Seattle since people hardly smile). I bought shovel from here during the Snowstorm. I went back to buy a sled for my son, when a man/staff named Bob gave us his 2 sled for free. I will continue to be a customer of McDaniel’s Do It Center. Thank you.
