If you want an honest sales experience and excellent customer service, this is not the place to buy or store your boat. The amount of incorrect information, blatant lies, and lack of follow up has been horrific enough for us to remove our boat from here entirely. Even after bringing grievances and misinformation to the attention of a higher up and then the owner, nothing was corrected. We were instead brushed off as if we didn’t matter. Poor business tactic if you want to succeed at all.

Sucked us in with a prospective buyer. When the sale fell through they charged us an unbelievable $650 a month to keep our boat there, no $ from deposit, and no sale sign on the boat after that. Locked in with them for the first part of the season, we lost prime selling time but they got their money from us!
We bought our boat from Bruce the sales person last year and was not rushed he explained everything and knew what he was talking about. He set us up to try the boat before buying it and had it surveyed for us. Service is A1. With the new owners everything is great and I get quick answers. A lot of changes being made that is very visible. Can't wait for the start of the new season and watching all the great things happening
Tom Trainer own the marina for like 50 years. He sold it and it's under new ownership now.
