I have used McDaniel and McDaniel as a property manager for nearly 10 years. Their service has consistently been friendly and prompt. They are well organized and their fees are reasonable. They have done a good job of finding tenants and keeping vacancies to a minimum. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible property management company to handle their rentals.
The employees are the worst. They never seem to have an answer for your questions or concerns and always brush it off as “not their problem” I’ve had nothing but the run around with this company.
