Upfront they’re professional, but after you’ve been taking advantage of your tenants for years you get good at what you do. -Be prepared for bugs, ignored repairs, & at some locations; safety violations BUTTTT These issues are being addressed as tenants move out. Horrible experience! I rented a townhome from them that was built in the 80’s the home had several issues that they would not fix. I came home from work one day to find water coming out of my bathroom ceiling. It was on a Friday at 6p. They only accept emails (which they only check during business hours) so I had to fix it myself. In the other bathroom the felling was about to cave in because of the hot water heater.
