This was the best car buying experience. We worked with Ross, who was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and even came in on his day off to accommodate our crazy work schedules. He communicated with us the entire time and answered our questions before I we had to ask them. This dealership cares about their customers and the service was exceptional. Website is trash, can't book service through it. Have tried different computers, browsers, same problem everytime. Amazing that you run a business with a website that does not work. Calling and email no better, waiting over a week to book service through email. Really, really bad.
Pinkerton takes too long to repair vehicles and will overwhelm you with excuses for the delay. Expect to be sent to voice mail and never get a call back. Thy need more techs to handle the heavy workload that they claim. The tech that worked on my vehicle did a good job once he got to it.
If i could give zero stars I would I was about to buy a Cadillac from this dealer last year they gave me number i had paperwork and everything as a just in case i did a car fax on the vehicle it was a lemon title and know one mentioned that it had a branded title i looked on there website again this week and guess what they have 3 or more Cadillacs with branded titles and nowhere in the description do they say oem buyback or branded title i would steer clear unless you want to do a carfax on every vehicle before you buy it
Sales procedure was fine. What wasn't fine was getting a car with an apparent known issue that caused complete destruction of the engine. When we had it towed there, the mechanic said this was a known issue. We purchased the vehicle used, unaware of the class action lawsuit that had already taken place and had closed. It would have been ethical had they at least disclosed this problem when we bought it. We owned it for 7 months before the engine blew due to this known issue.
