I brought my truck here and was ripped off.....the owner said he make it right next time..... well I called today and was told they will not work on my car because of my review....i didn't lie, truth hurts...... so the manager calls the owner and he quotes him on that..... but in you response to my review you say what we agreed on but we didn't agree on a 100.00 credit..... now I have to pay a lawyer.... the owner can't even get on the phone with me like a man
Very, very thankful for the guys at McDaniel auto care for the last minute rescue! If you need a repair shop in the West Chase area be sure to check them out!! Price ended up being lower than originally thought and definitely way below any other place who wouldn't take me until mid next week. Not the best way to end the day but definitely lucked out on who I ended up going to! Great service, kind people, right price!
I am thankful I found this place! Anthony, Abel and David are always friendly and go to great measures to make sure our cars are repaired in a timely manner.They are great about identifying things that will need service or repair and will prioritize things that are needed immediately and those things that can wait a bit. I trust them completely. They have a courtesy van if you need to get back home or to work. They know their customers by name and they treat you like family. I am so thankful they are in my neighborhood!
They are there when you need them and the work they can do is awsome. They also do not try to push for more work on your car they make sure you are safe in your car thanks Able for helping us
