This is an older family home that my sisters and I inherited from our parents. It had a mixture of PVC piping and old galvanized pipe that was slowly, but surely crumbling into problem after problem. Back in October of 2025, the whole month went by before the city notified us that a leak had been occurring. It was undetectable inside the house, but the leak was there and the water bill was expensive. 3 hours - $2500.00 simple job. Not even a Neurosurgeon makes that kind of money. The man simply has no integrity. We did 10 hours of work and located the leak ourselves. We even talked to the original house contractor to tell him how the copper was looped to the next fixture. He just did a simple re-route. The job was worth $250.00
One of the only local plumbers who offers after hours calls. Was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly! Update: Just had them back out for a separate issue, 10 months after the initial call, and Robert was punctual, more than fair on the pricing and very friendly! 10/10
We had 1 plumber come out that looked under the house, never came inside, and quickly gave us an inflated quote, and left promptly with no short term solution for the leak we were experiencing. Robert added us to his schedule and came to the rescue! He was able to troubleshoot & diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. Had a water main needing repair and they got to it in no time. While here had a couple other valves that needed replacing. Very reasonable in price. Highly recommended.
