I spoke to Mark over the phone regarding my $6,600 pendant necklace. He quoted me $250 at most and told me I could go online to try and sell it for more but it would take a lot of effort and time. I was very appreciative of his kindness but ultimately I wanted a second opinion. They give me the price I asked for which was way over what Mark had quoted me. Its disappointing to know that people still try to do this. Maybe others who are more experienced with jewelry will get a better service? Who knows.
My first time meeting Steve and Mark and it was such an amazing experience . Learned a lot and it felt like I was sitting there with family. I will definitely recommend them to others and I will definitely be back! Thank you both again for an amazing experience.

Had a very positive experience. Both the owner Mark and staff member Steve were friendly and explained everything to me in a very professional and transparent manner. Mark did the valuation of my jewelry in front of me and I felt the price quote was very competitive and fair. Highly recommend to anyone considering selling jewelry.
