It was by chance that this shop appeared in an unrelated Google search, but am I ever glad for the surprise that way! Yesterday, I had a Rolex and some gold pieces I wished to part with and I couldn't have sold them to a better company and people. I had an amazing experience with MCD Jewellery Buyers. Both Mark and Steve are wonderfully kind people. Mark is very knowledgeable about jewelry and made sure to painstakingly go through everything I brought to sell. They also give you a very high price for your jewelry! Which I was extremely grateful for. I highly recommend MCD if you in the market of selling your old gold.
I had a really great experience at this jewelry store today when I came in to sell my diamond ring. Steve took the time to explain so much about diamonds, which was both educational and helpful. I also had a really meaningful and genuine conversation with Mark, which made the whole visit feel personal and comfortable. On top of that, I received the best price for my diamonds. Overall, an honest, professional, and memorable experience.
It’s not often these days that you get a down to earth, welcoming and actually caring interaction with an employee that’s helping you. Especially in retail settings where most staff is relatively checked out at the best of times. Whether buying or selling, I’d make the drive here from wherever you’re located because the conversation and attention you receive alone makes the trip worth it. Will definitely come back.
