I originally had some concerns about my experience with Subaru Yakima. I brought in my 2019 Suburu Legacy & was approached by Alonso who was my advisor but I had some concerns with my vehicle and those things weren’t resolved. I recently took my 2019 Subaru Legacy to Subaru Yakima for service. When I arrived, I was approached by Alonso, and I provided him with a sheet showing the recommendations from Pasco Subaru. Alonso told me that they would keep me updated throughout the service process and that I would receive calls with updates. I did receive one call, but after that, communication was very poor. I dealt with the service crew on my visit, and I must say, this team is top tier. Not only do they have your safety in mind, but they are kind, knowledgeable and honest. Any time I had any questions or concerns, I was met with the upmost professionalism. Dulce, the manager, is incredibly caring. Likewise, her team is equally amazing.
