Just flat out horrible. Significantly lower trade in than any other dealership and I practically have to full on harass the sale guy to get a response. Avoid.
5 stars for Juan and crew at Mccurley Subaru of Yakima. We were returning to Idaho from long roadtrip and coming over the pass when our 2012 Outback check lights started flashing (engine, abs, brake, cruise control all blinking at same time). Lucky for us Mccurley was the closest Subaru dealer and service. We explained what was going on, showed video and Juan was super quick to diagnose the issue and get us back on the highway! 5 stars for quick, excellent and informative service. Thanks Juan!!!! We can’t thank you enough.
My husband and I bought a Subaru from Martin and I love it. Overall though, if you want to buy a vehicle from someone who's going to be honest and go to bat for you, he's your guy. He provided a great experience for us and is super friendly and helpful in answering questions. We would come back and buy another vehicle from you and that says a lot. Thank you, Martin.
UPDATE: after my recent / current experience with service, I assure you this review is going to change. Barry is five star, that's where my trust and faith ends at this point. What a shame. I was initially blown away by my experience with Barry in parts so I trusted the dealership to work on my subaru.
