My entire experience with this dealership has been engaging with the parts department and solely on the commitment, customer service and dedication of Barry going above and beyond at every level, they have garnered a loyal customer. I am going to bring my vehicles there for service and potentially my next vehicle purchase and will update accordingly but if Barry is any example of their commitment to excellence, then I can't recommend them highly enough.
Edit to my previous reviews. Up from 2 to 4 stars. Necessity took me back and I will be the first to say it's gotten better. Previous issues are mostly better. Customer service is much better. The last visit they actually didn't try to upsell me as bad as earlier visits. ***Response to owner. Could you please clean your water and ice dispenser before you get someone sick? This thing is freaking gross. Really unacceptable. See picture.
We had such a great experience at McCurley Subaru! We worked with Martin Saldana, and he truly went above and beyond for us.
