I waited for a part for my car and a recall part When it arrived, I was informed. My wife needed the car. I tried to call the service department three times the next week and the switch board transferred my call to service which did not answer. I drove in and spoke to the service assistant yesterday. He then told me that since the recall fuel pumps are not in stock, I can't get a replacement for a month!
Called a month or two ago for a front passenger wheel well cover, was happy with the quote I received from someone there in parts that told me it’d be $17. Got around to calling today to go see about picking up the part and it’s now quoted at $89 then $98 in the same phone conversation I had. Guy I spoke with name was Ed, said he’d been there 30+ years doesn’t recall speaking with me but go figure managed to hike the price from $89 to $98 in less than 2 minutes.
